‘1883’ Fans Say “It’s About Time” Tim McGraw Returns After His Exciting CMA Fest 2023 News

Fans may not be too sure about the future of 1883, but Tim McGraw just gave them a clue about what he’s planning on doing next.

In a new post uploaded to his Instagram, the country star shared with his followers that he will be among the many artists taking the stage at the upcoming 2023 CMA Music Fest on June 11. In case you’re wondering, the lineup includes Ashley McBryde, Carly Pearce, Dan + Shay and more. Tim also noted that the organization’s annual three-day weekend in Nashville will mark a major milestone.

“See you at Nissan Stadium!” he wrote on March 7. “Excited to be back this summer to support the @CMA Foundation in celebrating 50 years of #CMAfest. Tickets on sale now!”

While folks aren’t certain about whether the “Live Like You Were Dying” singer will make his way back to TV, they definitely had thoughts about his upcoming music gig. They immediately swarmed his comments section with words of excitement.

“Wow that’s great, can’t wait to see you there, you’re awesome ????????????????????????????,” one person wrote on Instagram. “Congratulations, it is about time to bring back the best country singer to CMA fest. God Bless,” another user agreed. “I’ll be there and I can’t wait! This will be my 6th time seeing you live! ????????,” a different follower said.

What can fans expect to hear from the country musician’s next show? Well, it’s likely he’ll belt out his latest single “Standing Room Only,” which is set to debut on March 10. What’s more, he gave his followers a sneak peek at the new track by posting it to his Instagram the same day he announced his performance at the CMA Fest.

As far as whether Yellowstone viewers can expect to see Tim in flashback scenes again, that’s currently to be determined. But at least we’ll have the chance to catch him doing the thing he’s best known for very soon. And who knows, maybe he’ll bring out newly-minted singer Luke Grimes as a guest in solidarity to both working in the Yellowstone universe.

We’ll just have to wait and see what happens.
