Alex is PUSH511’s March Member of the Month!

Alex has been attending PUSH511’s group CrossFit classes for over four years! He’s a fixture in our afternoon classes and regularly participates in team CrossFit competitions at PUSH and at other gyms! Here’s why the PUSH team loves having him:

Alex is such an amazing athlete. He comes to class, he puts in the work, and he is a great sport to the members he shares a space with. He has been a solid pillar of consistency over the years I have known him and has established and maintained great friendships. He is a pleasure to work with and he radiates some of the core values of PUSH.

As well as being an amazing athlete, Alex is also a great case of leading by example. He is engaged in class and demonstrates excellent movement from the warm-up to the WOD. Everyone likes being in class with Alex – he’s not flashy and doesn’t seek attention, but puts in the effort every day. He is super encouraging of those around him – anyone who partners with him ends up finding out what they’re really capable of!

Alex is just a really cool, down-to-earth human being. He is one of the most well-rounded athletes and tackles every type of workout with the same consistent effort that brings him so much success. He is always a pleasure to coach in class and is supportive of all the members in class. And now he’s a cool dad!

Alex has been a model of consistency at PUSH for a number of years. He comes in ready to work and always brings a lot of positive energy to the gym. I love having him in class and getting the opportunity to work out with him. Well deserved!

Alex is such a great athlete to work out with and coach. Not only is he so skilled and well-rounded, he’s so humble and fun to be around. Even when he’s done a workout he’s cheering on other athletes, which always keeps them motivated to keep going. Can’t say enough good things about this new dad, he is an awesome person all-around!
