Although it’s an American production (based on a Korean-American author’s bestselling book), Pachinko deserves an honorable mention due to its sweeping history of Korea, the show’s dedication to containing Korean, Japanese, and English as major languages in the show, and its beautiful visuals. It may not fit the definition of a traditional K-Drama, but fans of Korean shows will enjoy Pachinko.
