These Bowflex weights are our pick for the best overall dumbbells. A seemingly simple but major upgrade to your at-home gym, this pair of weights has a unique adjustable design that makes it easy for lifters of any fitness level to dial in their exact weight setting. Each dumbbell is adjustable from 5 to 52.5 pounds each, providing the flexibility to grow and adjust to your training goals.

We also like that these dumbbells coordinate with the complete range of Bowflex home gym products, including kettlebells, barbells, and more. Our only con for this set is that they run on the pricier side, so the sale makes it even more worth the buy.

With a smooth and quiet ride, this indoor exercise bike is an easy way to add cardio into your at-home routine. You’ll have access to the JRNY app for guided rides or you can opt for freestyle rides and do your own thing. Keep in mind you’ll need your own tablet or TV nearby to access the app since the bike doesn’t have a built-in screen (the bike has a device holder for convenient placement).

It does have an LCD metric console where you’ll see your RPM, calories burned and resistance levels, as well as a few other metrics. You can clip into the pedals with SPD clip shoes or use the cradles with your regular sneakers.

We tested the SelectTech Barbell back in 2020 and were seriously impressed. The kit includes a curl bar and a straight bar that adjust from 20 pounds up to 80 pounds (it also comes in an up to 120-pound set). The efficient design of the weights means you can use the straight bar for floor presses and barbell shoulder presses, and you can easily switch to the EZ bar for biceps and forearm curls.

The bars each measure about 5 feet in length when fully loaded with weights and have textured metal grips that are comfortable to hold throughout your lifting session. It’s a powerful gym tool to add to your arsenal, offering enough load to challenge you on most exercises and quick adjustments for versatility.

Bowflex didn’t come to play with the Treadmill 22. The machine has a 400-pound capacity, holds steady at tough sustained paces and it even comes with a suite of customizable workout sessions. In our testing of the best treadmills, Bowflex’s treadmill had the widest incline range (-.5% decline up to 20% incline) so you can keep your runs interesting.

There’s also a 22-inch HD touchscreen, the ability to fold the treadmill up at the press of a button and a built-in fan. It runs on the pricier side, so seeing the device $1,100 off makes it well worth the splurge now.

Ranking as the toughest workout elliptical machine in our testing, the Max Trainer 9 is both an elliptical and stepper in one sleek and compact design. You can use the 10-inch HD touchscreen to stream workout videos, access playlists or even streaming services like Netflix or Hulu (and more). The handlebars can be positioned in a variety of positions, only adding to the versatility of the machine.

You can push against 20 different resistance levels, so no matter where you’re at in your fitness journey you can challenge yourself. The state-of-the-art machine is built for challenging workouts and we’re fans of the two for one design that helps save space in your at-home gym.
