IT’S NOT everyday you see Apple discounting the newest generations of its products, but with Amazon Prime Day 2023 now in full swing (and happening through tomorrow, July 12th) there are a handful of deals on all the latest Apple releases. One of those deals happens to be on the Apple Watch Series 8, the very smartwatch that was released just this past fall. Right now, you can score on the Series 8 for a never-before-seen 30 percent off, making it the lowest price ever offered for this specific model on Amazon, according to the price checking site CamelCamelCamel.

To put it plainly, this Apple Watch does a lot. Between tracking your activity, your sleep, and your blood oxygen levels, the Series 8 also includes new features like a skin temperature sensor, a crash detection monitor and a low power mode for extended battery life. The Series 8 is perfect for measuring heart rate zones, allowing you to adjust your training plan accordingly and get you locked-in to the benefits of Zone 2 training—where you keep your heart rate between about 70 and 80 percent of its maximum.

Right now the 41mm and 45mm model of the Series 8 is on sale, so you can choose whichever screen size you prefer. You can also choose between four watch colors—Midnight, Silver, Starlight, and PRODUCT RED—while supplies last. With the Prime Day discount, a 45mm Series 8 clocks in at just around $300, while a 41mm model is offered under $280. The Prime Day deal unfortunately doesn’t extend to the Apple Watch Ultra, but hopefully we’ll see that price drop at some point in 2023. For now though, this is a first-time opportunity to get set up with the latest and greatest Apple Watch Series 8. Scoop one now while you can. We don’t think the stock on this bad boy is going to last long.
