Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Son Christopher Reveals Weight Loss

Christopher Schwarzenegger has largely steered clear of the public eye, unlike many other members of his famous family, which include his actor brother Patrick, brother-in-law Chris Pratt, and of course, his dad, the legendary bodybuilder-turned-movie star Arnold Schwarzenegger.

However, in rare photos captured following a recent visit to the gym, Christopher (Arnold’s youngest son with Maria Shriver) is looking considerably leaner and fitter than he was in previous public appearances, as well as sporting a shorter mullet haircut and stubble. Christopher seemingly began his weight loss journey and started working out around 2020 or 2021, as he first debuted his slimmer look at an Oktoberfest party in Munich in 2022 with his family.

If he ever needs tips on diet, fitness, and building healthy habits, Christopher is well placed. His brother Patrick, 29, transformed his own body by committing to working out at 5 a.m. every day, and has espoused the “game changing” benefits of adding hot and cold exposure to his morning routine.

Meanwhile, Christopher’s famous dad regularly offers advice and insight on pursuing goals from his decades-long career as a champion bodybuilder in his newsletter.

“My advice to beginners is really simple: begin. And then don’t stop until it is a routine,” he said in February. “For a lot of people, that first step is the hardest. So find something, anything, you can do… Once you begin, the key is keeping your momentum… Motivation is fleeting, but routine is what carries you on. You need to make this a routine. Do whatever you can do every day for a month, and then build on that.”
