Saved By the Bell fans, Kelly Kapowski and A.C. Slater are together again!
In a video uploaded on Tiffani Thiessen‘s TikTok, she shocked her followers when she reunited with her former co-star Mario Lopez. In the clip, Lopez is sitting at a table in front of the camera, and then Thiessen slowly walks up behind him for a friendly embrace. What’s more, she seized the surprise opportunity to share photos of the two from their days filming the hit sitcom back in the early 1990s using the popular “Teenage Dirtbag” trend on the app.
“34 years ago … just a couple of teenage dirtbags ????,” she cheekily captioned the clip while referencing the lyrics to the famous track from Wheatus.
Because both Thiessen and Lopez developed quite the following from their work over the years, seeing them come together on a social media platform left fans in a frenzy they didn’t see coming.
“Why did this make me emotional?! ????????,” one person cried on TikTok. “This is everything,” another rejoiced. “Please do this with Zack Morris!” a different follower added, referencing the duo’s former cast mate Mark-Paul Gosselaar.
While it’s not common for Thiessen and Lopez to be seen together as of late, this isn’t the only time they reunited on camera. Fans may remember that in November 2020, the Saved By the Bell reboot aired on Peacock, and saw them reprise their famous roles for two seasons before it got canceled in 2021.
As far as meeting up outside Saved By the Bell-related events, Thiessen and Lopez shared the screen in 2018 when he was a guest host on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. The White Collar alum was a guest to promote her cookbook Pull Up a Chair, and the two made boozy date drinks.

Now, should Thiessen and Lopez want to get the rest of the cast together for a reunion, we’ll be thrilled to see it.
