Shayne Jansen helped to provide some of the most compelling, cringe-worthy moments in season two of Love Is Blind, thanks to his pinballing between two women and that incredibly messy argument with his fiancée Natalie Mina Lee. He has since taken to social media to express his remorse for his actions on the show, saying: “all I can do is learn from them to be a better man.”
Following his memorable appearance on Netflix’s “social experiment” and subsequent split from Lee, it looks like Jansen has been enjoying the attention that comes with reality TV notoriety, posting a series of thirst traps and workout posts to Instagram.
After the season dropped, he shared a video of himself working out with his Love Is Blind co-star Brandon McGhee in which they performed hanging leg raises, dips, cable pulldowns, cable flys and decline pushups. He also showcased his shredded abs earlier this month by posing for a selfie while wearing a white crop top, andeven made his own contribution to the “model walk” fitness trend over on TikTok.
But that lean, muscular physique is a relatively new development: in a new post, Jansen revealed that he underwent a year-long body transformation prior to his appearance on Love Is Blind, and shared a “before and after” photo. “It’s amazing when you prioritize yourself and you look as good as you feel,” he wrote. “I’ve come a long way in a year and I can finally say I truly love myself.”

“Maybe I should finally agree to workout with you,” commented his Love Is Blind season two cast-mate Nick Thompson. The post also garnered replies from the stars of other Netflix reality shows, including Joey Sasso and Nick Uhlenhuth from The Circle, while comedian James Andre Jefferson Jr. joked: “Let me get your old clothes set you don’t fit em anymore.” TikTokker William Sprek also said: “Congrats on the work put in!”
