When Tom Brady, 44, announced his premature NFL retirement earlier this year, fans thought he’d be spending more time pursuing his hobby: golf. And while the GOAT is back with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he’s still spending time on the fairway, just not how people expected.
Last week, Brady launched a new golf collection for his eponymous clothing brand, BRADY. It’s a smart move on the part of Brady, the man. After all, his love for golf has been widely documented, and the sport’s once stodgy, buttoned-up uniforms have gotten a serious performance upgrade from forward-thinking menswear labels. Lululemon, for one, has recently released its own link-friendly apparel line featuring polos and chinos infused with moisture-wicking, four-way stretch fabrics.

BRADY, the clothing brand, is capitalizing on golf’s athleisure wave. Its 14-item drop is made up of smart staples with (of course) sweat and odor-fighting materials. But unlike your typical gym-inspired golf collection, BRADY’s duds are eternally youthful and competently stylish, much like Brady himself. Take its signature half-zip knit, which has the lean build of an office sweater, and comes with warm weather features like mesh detailing for extra breathability, and a fine yarn fabric that offers plenty of stretch. You’ll look like the most polished guy at the country club without breaking a sweat during long days at the links.
In short, it’s another hole-in-one collection for BRADY, the brand. Launched in January, the seven-time Super Bowl champ envisioned a winning label of athletic staples that look great on any man, whether he’s a decorated athlete or a guy easing back into a workout regimen.
“There are functional performance products tailored really well that people can wear in every aspect of their life,” he told Men’s Health.
BRADY’s inaugural collection was siloed into two categories: LIVE and Train. And with its A+ expansion into Golf, we can’t wait to see what Brady, the man and brand, comes up with next. For now, Men’s Health fashion director Ted Stafford highlights some of the best pieces from BRADY’s latest line.
