Jason Momoa has weighed in on his upcoming villain role in Fast X, the new chapter in the Fast & Furious franchise.
The Aquaman and Game of Thrones star has shared a a few details of his character in the next Dom Toretto outing, set to be released next year.
“It’s been hard because people always think I’m just this dude who plays [macho characters],” the actor shared with GQ, possibly hinting at his GoT character Khal Drogo.
“But I want to be moved, I want something new. Things are changing, and even the villain roles I’m playing now are eccentric,” he continued.
Apparently, his Fast X villain–whose name hasn’t been disclosed yet–has purple and pink toenails, drives a lavender ride to match, and has a maniacal laugh.
“I’m a peacock at the highest level and I’m having the time of my life,” Momoa also said.
Directed by Louis Leterrier, the tenth film in the main Fast & Furious saga, will see the return of Vin Diesel and Michelle Rodriguez as Dom Toretto and Letty Ortiz, as well as Ludacris’ Tej Parker, while Marvel star Brie Larson, The Suicide Squad‘s Daniela Melchior, and Alan Ritchson have been cast in undisclosed roles.
Last month, pictures of Helen Mirren reprising the role of Magdalene ‘Queenie’ Ellmanson-Shaw circulated online, showing the English actress and Diesel filming in Rome.
The cast is rounded out by Jordana Brewster, Peacemaker‘s John Cena, Charlize Theron, Tyrese Gibson, Game of Thrones‘ Nathalie Emmanuel and rapper Cardi B.
