Mayim Bialik and her boyfriend Jonathan Cohen are celebrating a major milestone together—it’s just not one fans would have expected.
The Big Bang Theory alum took to Instagram to announce exciting news about their podcast Mayim Bialik’s Breakdown. Posting selfies of the couple on the beach, she revealed that their joint project (Jonathan is a co-host) is marking two years of being live for her followers to listen to.
“IT’S MBB’S 2-YEAR PODIVERSARY!!!” she wrote on January 12. “A ton has happened since day one, from mind-blowing interviews and conversations with experts, to groundbreaking personal revelations.”
The Call Me Kat actress continued: “We’re incredibly honored to have you with us, and can’t wait to show you what’s in store for this year. From our Breakdown to the one we hope you never have, THANK YOU for a wonderful two years! 2️⃣???????? #bialikbreakdown.”
But Mayim and Jonathan aren’t the only ones rejoicing. When Big Bang Theory fans read about the incredible achievement, they immediately expressed gratitude for the co-hosts’ hard work on social media.
“Fave podcast ❤️❤️❤️ congrats!! Thanks for helping us understand the complexities of mental health,” one person commented on Instagram. “Oh, I just love you two!! Thank you for all you do, and have a blast!! ????,” a different follower replied. “Congratulations and we are looking forward to more eye-opening and entertaining podcast episodes. Thank you for the important work you do! ????,” another user added.
This instance is just one of many pivotal moments Mayim and Jonathan have experienced since the first episode of Mayim Bialik’s Breakdown debuted back in January 2021. In October of that year, the couple was ecstatic about reaching 30,000 listeners—a number that has only increased over the years. She also continues to clue her fans into other elements of the podcast show, like specially-designed merchandise.
We can’t wait to see what they do next!
