Congratulations, Trevor!

Trevor is our June Member of the Month! He started taking PUSH511’s group CrossFit classes in November 2021, and here’s why our coaching love having him at the gym:

First thing that comes to mind with Trevor is his work ethic. He is so dedicated to his nutrition, fitness, goals, and overall well-being that he’s a model athlete in and out of CrossFit. It’s been an absolute pleasure coaching him in the mornings, and I’ve had the best time being a fellow athlete with him as we gauge each other’s numbers to anxiously determine what we’ll do for the workout (and every once in a while, try to one-up each other lol). He’s incredibly strong physically and mentally and one of the kindest people I know. Keep up the fantastic work!

Trevor has been a great addition to the morning crew when he first came in. It’s been awesome to see how well he moves while also adding that friendly, inspiring energy in the room. He has all the tools to be a great athlete. Which is why I’d love to see him compete eventually.

Don’t let him fool you when he asks if the workout it really what it is because chances are he is about to crush it! He has improved dramatically since he has joined and is always so fun to have in class. He knows when to push himself and he knows when to modify if his body needs it – a great example for new members who are unsure of how to make the workout fit their needs. I am so happy he joined PUSH and the morning crew, even though he adamantly refuses to ever join a 4:50 am class!

Trevor has a drive unlike most and genuinely cares about each and every workout. He is also extremely coachable and brings a good energy to the class, alongside his partner in crime, Kim.

I was so happy when I found out Trevor was finally joining the Push fam! He works so hard to meet his fitness goals and never complains, quietly putting in the work. He is a great friend and athlete, and athlete of the month is so deserved!!
