DEMI MOORE WANTS everyone to know that there’s no age limit to looking and feeling your best. The star loves to rock a swimsuit, and she recently hit the beach wearing a leopard print string bikini, beaming with her tiny pup, Pilaf. The pair posed together for some Instagram candids—Moore wearing her swimsuit and jean cut-off shorts—and fans didn’t know what to love more, the adorable pup or Moore’s stunning suit.
“Pilaf takes the beach ????️,” the actress captioned the two photos. In one, she lounged with the Chihuahua (who she recently touted as the world’s shortest dog), and in the other, she crouched in the sand holding Pilaf and sporting the cut-offs, sunglasses, a cross-body bag, and of course, her signature long hair.
Fans flooded the comments with adoration for the sunny post. “How are you both real?!” one person commented. “Cuties!!!” another added. “Demi still a perfect 10 ❤️,” someone else wrote.
It’s unclear where exactly Moore’s two-piece is from, but the St. Elmo’s Fire star made her love for bikinis clear with her recent collaboration with Andie Swim. For the project, she helped design comfortable, yet sexy swimwear for women of all ages.
“A big part about what was inspiring about this Andie collection was thinking about the things that women feel sensitive about, whether it’s their tummy or other areas of the body,” Moore, 60, told People at the time. “They don’t want to look matronly or not feel sexy or desirable. That was really something in my own mind, which is changing this idea that we become less desirable as we get older.”
Moore particularly loved the line’s vintage-inspired pieces, like high-waisted bikinis and even swim skirts. “I loved the kind of elegance and glamor of, in my perception, of some of these vintage suits and the imagery that came with them and how you can feel sexy and empowered and comfortable and not have to show a lot of skin,” she told People. “The idea is: How do we make a woman wear something that feels good and playful and sexy that is also creating security and confidence and still has style? That was our goal.”
