Gwyneth Paltrow on Why She Rejected a Young Leonardo DiCaprio

Gwyneth Paltrow literally kissed and told in her interview on the Call Her Daddy podcast this week. In addition to comparing her exes Brad Pitt and Ben Affleck in bed, she also reflected on how a young Leonardo DiCaprio once tried to hook up with her, but she turned him down.

“Nope, never made out with Leo,” Paltrow said, via Cosmopolitan. “He tried back in the day. But he was already like, you know, he was very loose with the goods from when he was 19.” Paltrow did not specify when exactly DiCaprio made his move on her, but the two were photographed together in 1994, out in New York City for the 65th Annual National Board of Review of Motion Pictures Awards. Paltrow was 21 years old then, while DiCaprio was 19, the same age she references in the interview.

Paltrow of course is now married to Brad Falchuk after previous being married to Chris Martin, with whom she had her two children, Apple, 18, and Moses, 17. DiCaprio, meanwhile, is currently single. He was last linked to Gigi Hadid, although a source clarified to TMZ that despite the fact that Hadid and DiCaprio went to the same Met Gala after-party on Monday night, they did not leave together.

Instead, the outlet wrote, “Leo exit[ed] the party as only he could. He walked out alone and got into a limo van…and seconds later four models followed him into the said van.” Time may change many things, but Leo is still Leo.
