Jennifer Lopez recently celebrated her 54th birthday, and the moment you’ve been waiting for has finally arrived. At least, if the “moment you’ve been waiting for” is Jennifer dropping the latest edition of her newsletter On the JLo, which comes out intermittently at best and is always a slightly chaotic joy to read.
In her Birthday Edition drop, J.Lo wrote a note to fans thanking everyone for “all for the birthday love” and revealing a “lil peek into my party.” She went on to say that “Ben hosted it at our new house with our closest family and friends.”
“All the kids were there, it was a gorgeous day full of sunshine and perfect for a pool party!!” J.Lo wrote. “I felt so appreciated and acknowledged by my loved ones, and I’m extremely grateful to be where I am today at this point in my life’s journey with so many beautiful, caring people to share it all with. Wishing you all the same love and happiness on your birthday and always!!!”
JLo ended her post saying “I always liked having my birthday in July! The weather is warm and balmy and the mood is more relaxed. Who else has a summer bday? How’s your summer going? Email me and keep in touch!!!”
Love that JLo is asking her millions of fans to email them how their summer is going.
