Love Is Blind season 2 star Shake Chatterjee has doubled down on his criticism of the Netflix show by revealing his latest tattoo.
The latest season of the unconventional reality show has received attention for its influx of drama, tear-jerking moments and arguments brewing between its couples, with Abhishek ‘Shake’ Chatterjee in particular receiving a lot of criticism for his behavior on the show.
During the Love Is Blind season finale, he continued to make rude comments about his partner Deepti Vempati, who later turned him down at the altar and declared that she deserved better.

During the show’s reunion special, Chatterjee was challenged over his behavior in the finale, with hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey questioning whether he’d gone on “the wrong dating show” when he insisted that attraction should play a role in falling in love.
Now, in a clip posted on his Instagram to promote a new interview with E! News, Shake was put to the question, did he believe love is really blind?
His answer came swiftly – no, he did not.
“That’s a relevant question. Better question is… is love enough?” he answered while pulling down his t-shirt and asking the cameraman to zoom in on his new tattoo.
The tattoo, positioned on the right side of his chest, provocatively posed the question: ‘Is Love Enough?’

“I think that’s the better question,” he continued. “Honestly, I saw this statement on a friend’s hoody and I became fixated on it. Because we talk about love as if it’s the end-all be-all and, frankly, it’s not. It’s really not, in my opinion.
“There’s more than love – there’s stability, there’s liability, there’s trust, there’s communication.”
Shake’s own road towards love during the show’s latest season with his partner Deepti had definitely been a rocky one.

Throughout the season, he had repeatedly spoken badly of her behind her back, admitted he didn’t feel an ‘animalistic attraction’ towards her, and had even revealed he had not been fully committed to her.
In a scene that has since gone viral, Shake’s own mother was heard telling him that Deepti might have been better off.
“Being very frank, I’m very much identifying with her right now more than you. She could find someone who absolutely loves her the way she is. She’s a wonderful person.
“She doesn’t deserve someone who gives her even half a percent less.”
