Love Island USA Kassy and Johnnie: First Same-Sex Relationship Kiss

Love Island USA has aired a same-sex relationship in the villa, with Kassy Castillo and Johnnie Garcia sharing a kiss.

The pair’s friendship has evolved since the latter entered the villa as a bombshell, and the latest episode revealed that the duo were prepared to take their relationship to the next stage.

In a clip shared by the reality show’s official media channels, Kassy and Johnnie began talking on the sofas as they sought to gauge how they felt about each other.

Kassy starts by telling Johnnie: “I obviously find you attractive, I just didn’t know if you felt the attraction, too. I just wanted to know if you were seeing that.” Johnnie counters with: “Bitch I been seeing it, what do you mean?”

It leads Kassy to admit she wasn’t sure if Johnnie was serious, saying, “We joke around and stuff, but I didn’t know if it’s really joking or not. I kept looking at you, and I kept wanting to talk to you. So I was like ‘I’m low-key down for this,’” she adds, before Johnnie revealed more about her feelings.

“I like people that bring out a fun side in me, and I feel fun when I’m with you,” she said. “I feel comfortable when I’m with you. Those aren’t things you often find in people where you’re [on the island] – you get to be somebody else when you’re with them.”

Kassy, who joined the villa on the first day, responded: “I think we’d be cute together, and I wouldn’t mind exploring more whenever.” A grinning Johnnie looked around and asked “How about now?”

A passionate kiss came next before some cute giggling.

While the pair will have to wait until the next recoupling ceremony to couple up, the villa recently welcomed a star from the UK version of the show, with Scott van-der-Sluis entering as a bombshell last week.
