The Challenge: USA Season 2 Release Schedule

CBS’s reality star gauntlet, The Challenge: USA, is back for its second season, and it’s already putting people’s lives at risk. After a first season that included contestants being blindfolded while driving in a crash course, repelling down buildings, and swimming hundreds of yards to solve puzzles, the new season is already off to a hellacious start. And this time around, there are more stars from your favorite reality show putting their lives, limbs, and legacies on the line for some cold hard cash.

Hosted by T.J. Lavin, The Challenge: USA‘s first season pitted 28 stars from Big Brother, Love Island, Survivor, and The Amazing Race against one another for the opportunity for a man and a woman to split a $500,000 cash prize. Survivor 41‘s Danny McCray and Survivor: Cagayan‘s Sarah Lacina withstood the backstabbing and climbing across moving trucks on pegs to be The Challenge: USA‘s first winners. This season has trimmed the number of contestants from 28 reality show all-stars to 24 but brought back fan favorites Big Brother 23‘s Alyssa Lopez and Tiffany Mitchell and Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers‘ Desi Williams. Not only are there 21 new combatants, but Season 2 also includes six cast members from MTV franchises The Real World and Are You the One?

The season is still fresh, but the action is already next level. In the first few episodes, the contestants have been dunked in and out of a water tank while trying to retrieve balls and carry heavy statues uphill, and that’s only the beginning.
