What Jason Kelce Said to Travis Kelce After the Super Bowl

The 2023 Super Bowl was officially the first time that a pair of siblings had played against each other in opposing teams during an NFL championship game, with center Jason Kelce of the Philadelphia Eagles facing off against his younger brother Travis Kelce, a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs. Each brother already had a Super Bowl win under his belt, meaning Sunday’s game was an opportunity for them to settle their sibling rivalry once and for all.

The Kansas City Chiefs are this year’s Super Bowl champions, making Travis the one with the most Super Bowl rings in the Kelce family. Jason, ever the good sportsman, made sure to convey his best wishes to his brother for his team’s victory—but he did so in classic Philly style.

“Fuck you, congratulations,” Jason jokingly said to Travis according to ESPN, while hugging him in the moments after the game. Complex Sports also captured the moment where their mother, Donna Kelce, found Jason on the field to comfort him with a hug after the Eagles lost.

Donna Kelce has become a Super Bowl fixture in her own right this year, being in the pretty unique position of being mother to two NFL stars playing on opposite teams. In the lead-up to Super Bowl Sunday, she has supported both Travis and Jason equally, wearing custom-made split football jerseys which bear the logos for both the Eagles and the Chiefs, proving that she really does love her sons equally.
