‘Yellowstone’ Star Kelly Reilly Shares Post in Support of Co-Star Luke Grimes

KELLY REILLY IS rarely active on social media, so when she makes a post, Yellowstone fans take notice! The actress, who stars as Beth Dutton on the Paramount Network hit, spoke out in support of her co-star Luke Grimes, who portrays her on-screen brother Kayce Dutton.

Yellowstone has been on hiatus as viewers await the second half of season 5. Rumors about the show’s future (and Kevin Coster’s role in it) have been swirling since the last episode aired in January. While Paramount Network promised that the show will return in the summer, filming has not resumed, and that date is being called into question.

But Grimes has not been idle during his unexpected time off. In fact, he launched a new career as a musician. He has released three new songs: “Hold On,” “Oh, Ohio,” and “No Horse to Ride” and has an album on the way. The actor also recorded a cover of Blaze Foley’s “Clay Pigeons,” available only on Amazon Music.

This weekend, Grimes will perform at Stagecoach (along with costars Lainey Wilson and Ryan Bingham).

Reilly took notice of Luke’s accomplishments and posted her appreciation on Instagram. She shared the single cover for “Hold On” and wrote, “My friend @lukegrimes just released this song. Give it a listen .. it’s beautiful ????”

Fans left comments of appreciation like, “Best part of the show is the support you all show one another,” and “He could sing the phone book – and I’d be listening!” Jen Landon, who stars as Teeter, left heart-eye emojis, and Nic Sheridan, who is married to Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan, posted “????????.”

But, to others, Grimes’ musical talents came as a surprise! They left messages like, “I had no idea that he’s a musician! Super cool. Will check it out for sure,” “I had no idea what a great singing voice he has!” and “Didn’t know he could sing too! Beautiful song❤️”

We love seeing this new side of Grimes, but we’re ready to see him back in action on the Dutton ranch.
