When it comes to a gritty, violent, sprawling Western family saga like Yellowstone, where loyalties are forever being tested and questioned and characters can meet brutal ends at the drop of a cowboy hat, you might think it better if life not imitate art. But one of the show’s storylines—or at least, a far less stressful version—has made it off the screen and into the real world.
Ryan Bingham and Hassie Harrison, who play couple Walker and Laramie in the series, have just confirmed that they are dating in real life. Bingham shared a pic of the two of them kissing on Instagram, standing in front of a brushfire.
“More than a spark,” Bingham wrote in the caption for the photo, tagging Harrison, who replied in the comments: “I love you, cowboy.”
Bingham first appeared in Yellowstone in 2018 as a former convict and itinerant ranch hand looking for a second chance. He was so eager to prove himself and take the job seriously, in fact, that he even allowed himself to be marked with a brand.
Harrison joined the cast as barrel racing Laramie, a friend of Mia, in the show’s third season in 2020. Laramie moved onto the ranch along with Mia, and after initially flirting with Lloyd, her character eventually found herself falling for Walker, played by Bingham, leading to a dramatic feud with Lloyd.
And now it looks like the connection formed between Walker and Laramie was even stronger than fans originally thought.
