Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner confirmed reports of their divorce on September 6, and now TMZ is out here with a new, extremely cryptic report that Joe “saw/heard” something that “involves a ring camera,” which was the “last straw in his decision.”
Here’s how TMZ put it: “Joe had access to a ring cam that he said captured Sophie saying and/or doing something that made him realize the marriage was over.”
Again, TMZ’s report comes after Joe and Sophie’s joint statement on Instagram, where they wrote, “Statement from the two of us: ‘After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage. There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children.”
Meanwhile, People spoke to a source who said Joe and Sophie “were not separated but they’ve been living separate lives for months,” and that they “haven’t gotten along in a while, but they’re hoping to resolve this all amicably.”
“As far as custody goes, this literally all just happened, so they’re figuring it out in real time,” their insider added. “They did have a prenup. As a family, they were based in Florida. The kids were with him the last few months, traveling with him with family while he’s been on tour. Sophie’s been working in the UK.”
