WITH SUNNIER days and warmer weather on the horizon, our yards will soon be turning from their wintertime barren appearance to springtime green. And while we love the overall liveliness of our blooming yards during the warmer months, that also means there is quite a bit of yard work to be done these days. That said, we’re now finding ourselves turning to Amazon for our tool and equipment needs, and as usual, the retailer did not disappoint.
Right now, Amazon is offering 27 percent off one of our favorite cordless leaf blowers, the Worx Nitro Pro Leafjet WG585 Cordless Leaf Blower. This leaf blower is already decently affordable compared to other top-quality models, but with this deal, it’s now well under $200.
Tested against other cordless leaf blowers, what stood out to us about this model is how user-friendly it is. This leaf blower allows you the ability to switch between greater air speed (reaching up to 165 miles per hour) or greater volume (achieving as much as 620 cubic feet per minute), making it suitable for all sorts of tasks. You do this by adjusting the nozzle up or down, depending on which element you want more of at any given time. You control the speed through a simple button panel at the top, switching between 0 (off) and 3 and employing the turbo button when you want a quick hit of air while you’re working. It’s also pretty lightweight at just under 7 pounds.
More From Men’s Health
This 40-volt leaf blower holds two 20-volt batteries on either side of the handle, and the batteries and a charger for them are included with your purchase. There’s also a 20-volt Leafjet option on sale on Amazon for 17 percent off. It does not come with batteries or a charger, but it is only $100 if you’re looking for an even more affordable option.
